Della Brewer, owner & broker of First Class Realty & Mortgage, Inc. is a Bay Area home grown professional. She attended Oakland public schools; and holds a degree in Organizational Behavior and Business Management from the University of San Francisco. With 20 plus years of experience in business development, Ms. Brewer built and developed First Class Realty & Mortgage, Inc. as a viable business entity in 1992.  Della manages a professional team of real estate agents and support staff who operate with integrity. Their goal is to provide nothing less than premiere customer service.  Emphasizing a “personal and professional touch”, Della makes an effort to ensure that each customer is treated with the individuality they deserve. Della is the daughter of established and successful parents who also own and manage businesses that provide employment to local residents. Her mother cultivated and operates a number of Residential Care Facilities for the developmentally disabled. Her father, a pioneer and head of a prominent construction firm, is responsible for numerous development projects throughout the Bay Area. Della has an extensive background in entrepreneurial projects of success; and has thriving businesses in other areas including: Residential Care, Behavioral Day Programming and Family Entertainment Centers. Her primary focus continues to be the Real Estate Industry. Her family is placed amongst the esteemed resources for Real Estate and Development. They have established a noteworthy reputation within the city of Oakland for renovation, new construction, and land development for both residential and commercial clients. Residents in the area are familiar with and are accustomed to seeing her cooking, preparing and delivering meals to the homeless with her family and friends working at her side.
